BOOKING POLICY

When committing to an appointment time, we hold that time for you in good faith, and trust that you have also held that time for us.

A $50 Booking Fee is required for all bookings.

We will send you a courtesy reminder of your appointment via SMS 2 days prior to your scheduled time to allow you enough time to advise us of any changes.

If you give us LESS THAN 24 HOURS notice to reschedule, cancel or do not show, you will forfeit your booking fee ($50)

If you give us MORE THAN 24 HOURS notice of any changes or cancellations your booking fee will be held over as a credit towards your next appointment or refunded on request.

To keep our appointment book running smoothly we may occasionally ask if you can come earlier or later, we understand if this is not possible. 

If for any reason we have to reschedule or cancel your appointment this would NOT result in a loss of your booking fee.

Cosmetic Injectables and Prepaid packages do not require a booking fee.


Vouchers and AfterPay are not available for Cosmetic Injectables.

VOUCHER codes can be used towards booking fee when booking (follow prompts online)

COVID-19

Please do not attend your appointment if you are covid 19 positive. We are happy to reschedule your appointment.

But please give us at least 24 hours notice to any changes to your appointment, if possible.

When entering our clinic please use provided hand sanitiser in entrance area.

GIFT VOUCHERS

The Facialist Ballarat is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost/stolen.

Gift vouchers are not valid for cosmetic injectable treatments.

24 hrs notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling (refer to booking policy)

If you do not show for a scheduled appointment voucher will become void.

This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Your voucher code can be used towards your online booking fee, follow prompts when booking.

*Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase

PRE PAID PACKAGES

There are no refunds on Pre Paid Packages, however if you decide to discontinue the package, we are happy to transfer to another service or products within the clinic to equal value. Packages cannot be transfered to another person.

If a no show on day of treatment, 1 x Pre Paid treatment will be forfeited

If cancellation with less than 24 hrs notice, We will send you a secure payment link for $50 fee (refer to booking policy)
